Job summary

Creek Price Edwards in Muskogee, OK is seeking an experienced Property Manager to run our 53-unit residential community. You will oversee daily operations, leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance to keep occupancy high and costs controlled.

Responsibilities include leasing/marketing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and compliance with local housing laws and fair housing rules. A high school diploma is required; a college degree or PM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in multifamily property management.
• Familiarity with local landlord-tenant laws and fair housing rules.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic accounting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and Marketing: Show vacant units, process applications, and complete move-ins and move-outs.
• Tenant Relations: Collect rent, resolve resident issues, and enforce community rules.
• Maintenance Coordination: Manage repair requests, schedule vendors, and oversee upkeep of the grounds.
• Financial Operations: Handle budgeting, track expenses, and submit regular financial reports.
• Legal Compliance: Follow local housing laws, fair housing regulations, and lease terms.
