Job summary

AWI Management Corp. in El Centro is seeking a dedicated and organized Property Manager to oversee a 42-unit apartment community.

You will nurture resident relationships, uphold high community standards, and work closely with a collaborative team to deliver quality housing. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, processing applications, leases, certifications, move-ins/outs, rent collection, and enforcing policies while coordinating maintenance and marketing to attract qualified

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software/databases.
• Strong math and financial accuracy skills.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Professionalism and strong listening skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and corporate staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned property.
• Process applications, screen applicants, verify landlord references.
• Prepare leases, house rules, and required documentation.
• Coordinate tenant certifications and re-certifications.
• Conduct move-ins and move-outs, collect rent and deposits.
• Enforce lease agreements and community policies.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure property standards are met.
• Maintain curb appeal and property presentation.
• Market and advertise vacant units to attract residents.
• Respond to emergency situations following company procedures.

As the Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the community while ensuring residents receive excellentserviceand the property ismaintainedto AWI'shigh standards.
