You will handle applications, leases, certifications, rent collection, and coordination of maintenance, upholding AWI’s commitment to quality housing for residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community.

• Prepare leases, house rules, and required documents.
• Manage tenant certifications and re-certifications.
• Conduct move-ins and move-outs.
• Collect rent and security deposits.
• Enforce lease agreements and community policies.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure property standards.
• Maintain curb appeal and property presentation.
• Market and advertise vacant units.
• Respond to emergency situations.

As the Property Manager, you will overseethe day-to-day operations of the community while ensuring residents receive excellentserviceand the property ismaintainedto AWI'shigh standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all aspects of the assigned property's daily operations
