Job summary

AWI Management Corp. in Kalispell, MT is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee two apartment complexes and maintain high community standards, resident relations, and safe, quality housing. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, processing applications, leases, tenant certifications, rent collection, coordinating maintenance, and marketing vacant units to attract qualified residents while upholding AWI's standards.

Full-Time, 40 hours/week. On-site housing is required.

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of the assigned property's daily operations.

• Maintaining strong curb appeal and property presentation.

As the Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the community while ensuring residents receive excellentserviceand the property ismaintainedto AWI'shigh standards.
