Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Affordable Housing Property Manager for LaFollette Estates, an 88-home LIHTC community in LaFollette, TN. You will own day-to-day operations, leasing, occupancy and resident relations to ensure a well-run community.

Affordable Housing Property Manager LaFollette TN Are you an experienced Affordable Housing Property Manager who knows LIHTC compliance and enjoys running a community with consistency and care? We're hiring a Property Manager for LaFollette Estates, an established 88 apartment home tax credit community in LaFollette TN. This is a great opportunity for an experienced affordable housing professional who wants to take ownership of day to day operations while working with a manageable sized community. Pay Up to 52000 based on experience.

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of Affordable Housing LIHTC Property Management experience
• Strong understanding of LIHTC compliance
• Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations
• Experience preparing for and successfully navigating audits and inspectionsAbility to manage occupancy, leasing, collections and property performance
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with budgets, reporting and financial performance
• Strong communication, organization and problem solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
