• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily property operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly respond to resident concerns.
• Lead, train, and support onsite team members.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with Affordable Housing programs, including Section 42 requirements.
• Process resident move-ins, annual recertifications, and income/asset verifications.
• Manage occupancy goals, leasing activity, and resident retention efforts.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and resident communications.
• Prepare monthly reports and monitor property performance.
• Assist with budget preparation and expense monitoring.
• Review leases and ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
• Oversee property inspections and maintain community standards.
• Manage delinquency and collection procedures.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies when necessary.
• Demonstrate and uphold Oakbrook's core values in every interaction.

As a Property Manager at Autumn Ridge Apartments, you will oversee a total of 131 units built in 2023.
