Job summary

Equity Lifestyle Properties (ELS) is seeking a Resort Manager for our Clermont, Florida community. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial goals.

You will manage operations, budgets, and staff, partner with marketing to attract new residents, and ensure the property remains attractive and profitable. A strong background in hospitality or resort management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience, preferably in an RV or manufactured home community setting.
• Strong operations skills and understanding of the role's complexities.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience and exceptional service skills.
• Experience with sales and/or marketing is preferred.

What you'll do:

Your skills and experience include:

• 5+ years of property management experience, preferably in an RV or manufacturing home community setting.
• Strong operations skills and a thorough understanding of the complexities of this position.
• At least one year of experience in customer service and exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing preferred.
