Equity LifeStyle Properties in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive occupancy, and ensure financial performance across our community.

You will manage assets, lead staff, and work with marketing to attract residents while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience; multi-family or manufactured home setting preferred.
• Strong operational, collaborative and leadership skills.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications, especially financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property operations and assets, including staff, buildings, roads and amenities.
• Keep property clean and attractive to maximize occupancy.
• Partner with marketing to attract residents and provide excellent service.
• Show homes when available and support customer experiences.
