Job summary

Rebees Management Company is seeking a Property Manager to join our team at Sugar Land Town Square. You will work with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, tenant relations, and financial performance of a premier mixed-use property in Sugar Land, TX.

You will manage tenant communications, invoicing, and vendor contracts, while supporting monthly reporting and annual budgets. Strong MRI/Yardi skills and 3–5 years of equivalent experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial property management experience (mixed-use, retail, or office preferred).
• Proficiency in MRI, Yardi, or similar property management software.
• Strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and tenant-facing communication skills.
