The Housing Authority of the City of Shreveport (HACS) is seeking a Property Management professional to oversee public housing applications, verify eligibility, and ensure compliant tenant selection in line with HUD guidelines.
The role includes managing rental operations, conducting interviews and property inspections, supervising maintenance staff, and coordinating with law enforcement and social service agencies. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.

Manages and assists with the rental program:
Performs interviews and in-house inspections:
Manages maintenance staff:
Maintains liaison with law enforcement and social service agencies.
Prepares criminal check documents and processes returns.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Four (4) to six (6) years of successful experience in property management.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
Starting Salary: $62,000 (based on qualifications and experience)
