Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our apartment community at Litchford 315 in Raleigh, NC. You’ll direct on-site staff, drive leasing, and ensure exceptional service to residents and prospects, aiming to retain residents at high levels.

You will oversee reporting and budgeting processes, and mentor a trained on-site team through recruiting, training, and performance evaluations to maintain top-tier occupancy and satisfaction.
