Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a hands-on Property Manager in Providence, RI to oversee day-to-day operations of residential rental properties. You will know the properties you manage, communicate with owners and tenants, and ensure timely maintenance or lease issue resolution.

The role emphasizes regular reporting, thorough record-keeping, and proactive problem-solving to protect both properties and owners’ interests. Growth into senior roles in real estate operations is possible.

Qualifications

• Property management or leasing experience preferred.

• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple properties.
• Working knowledge of leases, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties and serve as a regular contact for owners and tenants.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, inspections, and tenant communication.
• Follow up on rent payments and address lease issues when they arise.
• Work with our maintenance team and outside vendors to get repairs scheduled and completed.
• Conduct routine property inspections and document anything requiring attention.
• Keep property owners informed about maintenance, vacancies, tenant concerns, and other important matters.
• Help prepare vacant properties for new tenants and coordinate with the leasing team.
• Maintain accurate property, lease, inspection, and maintenance records.
• Handle difficult situations professionally and work toward practical solutions that protect both the property and the owner's interests.

What We're Looking For

• Good organization and the ability to keep several properties and ongoing issues straight.
• Working knowledge of leases, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and Fair Housing requirements.
• Florida real estate experience or licensing is a plus.
• Competitive annual salary $85,000 - $125,000 Yearly.
