Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a hands‑on Property Manager to handle day‑to‑day operations of a residential rental portfolio in Milwaukee. You will liaise with owners and tenants, coordinate move‑ins/outs, renewals, inspections, and maintenance, ensuring timely follow‑ups and proactive issue resolution.

You will also manage rent payments, coordinate with the maintenance team and vendors, maintain records, and support the leasing team to prepare vacant units for new tenants.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, leasing, or residential housing.
• Strong communication and follow‑up skills.
• Able to make decisions and take responsibility for assigned properties.
• Excellent organization to manage multiple properties.
• Knowledge of leases, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and Fair Housing.
• Florida real estate experience or licensing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle difficult situations professionally and work toward practical solutions that protect both the property and the owner's interests.

• Someone comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility for the properties assigned to them.
• Good organization and the ability to keep several properties and ongoing issues straight.
• Working knowledge of leases, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and Fair Housing requirements.
• Florida real estate experience or licensing is a plus.
