Windsor Place Townhomes in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a 140-unit apartment community. The role reports to the District Manager and manages rents, budgets, vendor coordination, and staff.

The ideal candidate has residential property management experience, strong people skills, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software. A compensation package includes a salary of $56,160 per year and on-site living with 100% rent discount.

Qualifications

• Residential property management experience.
• Excellent people, managerial, supervisory, organizational and computer skills.
• Experience with MRI and Nexus software.

Responsibilities

• Rent collection, expense controls, and resident issue handling.
• Coordinate vendor scheduling and communicate with vendors.
• Oversee resident retention and monthly social events.
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards.
• Negotiate leases/contracts with contractors promptly.
• Develop and manage annual budgets with forecasting and variance analysis.
• Supervise staff performance and conduct safety meetings.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal fair housing regulations.

Windsor Place Townhomes has an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Property Manager to oversee our 140-unit residential apartment community in Plano, TX.

The ideal candidate should have experience in residential property management along with excellent people, managerial, supervisory, organizational and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the highest standards of performance
• Collection of rents, expense controls, and handling resident issues.
• Coordinate vendor scheduling as well as communicate with vendors effectively.
• Responsible for resident retention & social events monthly
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
• Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
• Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data, and trends
• Oversee properties' personnel and evaluate its performance
• Conduct safety meetings monthly, enforce safety rules, and make sure staff is following safe work practices
• Must comply with state and federal fair housing regulations.
