National Property Management Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Manager for our 104-unit Duncan, OK community. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive leasing, rent collections, and staff performance while maintaining resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has residential property management experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and property software. Competitive bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

• Experience in residential property management.
• Excellent people, managerial, supervisory, organizational and computer skills.
• Familiarity with MRI and Nexus software is a plus.

Location: Duncan, OK

Units: 104 units total

Salary: $52,000 per year (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)

Housing Benefit: 100% rent discount for onsite living

The Winds of Oak Forest has an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Property Manager to oversee our 104-unit residential apartment community in Plano, TX.

The ideal candidate should have experience in residential property management along with excellent people, managerial, supervisory, organizational and computer skills.
