Vice President - Northern Region at Homestead Management Services

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential properties through the Central regions of New Jersey out of our Hillsborough Corporate Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily property operations including resident relations, maintenance of buildings & grounds and budgeting

• Ensure properties are maintained to high standards

• Supervise contractors, maintenance staff, and vendors

• Conduct regular property inspections and enforcement of Association guidelines

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of property management experience preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with property management software

• Ability to multitask and work independently

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
