Job summary

Peak Management is expanding its team in Overland Park, Kansas and seeks a seasoned Property Manager to oversee 300+ units. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, public interactions, and value creation at all lifecycle stages.

A minimum of 5 years in a PM role with supervisory experience is required, along with strong budget, finance, leasing, and Fair Housing knowledge. Peak Management offers medical, dental, and life insurance, plus on-call premium, PTO (including your birthday)

• Minimum 5+ years in a Property Manager role and managing a staff of two or more.
• Must have strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
