Job summary

Peak Management is seeking a ROCKSTAR Resident Specialist to join our Dallas team. The role focuses on engaging with prospective and current residents, driving occupancy, and delivering high-quality service with a friendly, professional approach.

Responsibilities include tours, applicant follow-up, and maintaining strong relationships with residents, while adhering to Fair Housing guidelines. A reliable means of transportation and bilingual ability are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Interacts with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Provides high quality customer service with professionalism and cooperation.
• Understands Fair Housing principles and complies with them.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents and staff to maintain occupancy targets.
• Coordinate tours, follow up with applicants, and process leads.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and the community.

• Ideal candidate interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Ideal candidate works patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents and staff to provide high quality customer service.
• Fosters a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with residents, and communities with annual, monthly, weekly resident functions and events.
• Should demonstrate solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
