Job summary

Admiral Communities LLC in Sherwood, AR is seeking a motivated Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our community, with support from the Regional Manager.

The role requires 3+ years in property management or leasing, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Bilingual Spanish is preferred; Rent Manager experience is a plus; benefits include 401(k), paid holidays, PTO and training.

Admiral Communities is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee operations at our property in Sherwood, AR. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll manage day-to-day operations while working closely with your Regional Manager for support and guidance.

We’re looking for someone with property management or leasing experience. Bilingual Spanish and Rent Manager experience are highly preferred.
