Qualifications

• College education or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years of multi-site multifamily property management experience.
• Section 8 experience and Yardi knowledge required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• COS certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, marketing and waitlist management.
• Screening and recertifying tenants; rent collections and evictions.
• Turnovers, move-out procedures, and routine maintenance.
• Supervising maintenance staff and inspections.
• Budget preparation; processing payables and receivables.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Leasing,
• Marketing and waitlist management,
• Screening and recertifying tenants,
• Rent collections,
• Evictions,
• Turnovers and move-out procedures
• Routine maintenance,
• Supervising maintenance staff,
• Communication with residents and resolution of complaints and issues,
• Handling emergency situations as needed,
• Budget preparation,
• Processing payables and receivables, and
• Inspections.

Requirements

• College education or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of multi-site multifamily property management experience.
• Section 8 and Yardi experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• COS certification.
• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven, professional leadership and supervisory skills with demonstrated ability to select and hire direct reports.
• Ability to make well-reasoned decisions, and to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow-through to meet resident, agency, and organizational needs.
