Job summary

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, including service requests, vendor coordination, and onsite issue resolution
• Administer lease-related processes, including renewals, move-ins/move-outs, and tenant communications consistent with lease requirements
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs, repairs, and capital work execution with vendors and internal teams
• Monitor vendor contracts and service standards, including bid coordination and ongoing performance management
• Manage property budgets and operating performance, including invoice review, cost control, and variance tracking
• Support rent collection and delinquency follow-up in coordination with accounting and lease administration processes
• Maintain property records and operational reporting, including incident documentation and routine status updates to ownership/management
