Job summary

Blackstone Real Estate is seeking an Asset Management Senior Analyst in New York to support day-to-day portfolio oversight by partnering with asset managers to drive operating performance and execute asset-level business plans.

The role interfaces with property management, leasing teams, and external partners to advance value-creation initiatives across the portfolio, translating property-level reporting into insights, forecasts, and decision-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of asset-level business plans to drive NOI growth, leasing performance, and value creation across a real estate portfolio
• Coordinate with property management, leasing, and third-party vendors to advance initiatives across operations, marketing, tenant retention, and expense control
• Monitor operating performance using property reporting packages; translate results into clear asset narratives and action items
• Maintain and update asset-level financial models, budgets, and forecasts; analyze variances versus plan and recommend corrective actions
• Track and manage capital expenditure plans including scope, timing, and cash flow; review project progress against budget and schedule
• Prepare materials for internal investment/asset reviews including quarterly performance summaries, re-forecasts, and business plan updates
• Assist with debt and partnership-related workflows including lender reporting, covenant monitoring, and refinancing or extension analysis
• Support hold/sell and valuation activities by preparing cash flow scenarios, sensitivity analyses, and supporting documentation for IC-ready recommendations

Target Compensation Range

$100,000 – $200,000
