MSB Resources, LLC in Brooklyn seeks an experienced Property Manager to lead a ~500-unit conventional multifamily community through lease-up and into stabilized operations.
This on-site role requires hands-on leadership, tight oversight of resident relations, leasing, maintenance, and vendor management, with a focus on NYC housing laws and rent registrations; Russian language skills are a meaningful differentiator given the property's resident population.
Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take the helm of a busy, approximately 500-unit conventional multifamily community in Brooklyn that is nearing the finish line of lease-up at roughly 90% occupied.
This is a high-volume, high-demand property that requires a hands-on leader who understands that multifamily management doesn't always fit neatly into a 9-to-5 schedule. With the current Property Manager transitioning out, this is an important opportunity for someone who can step in quickly, take ownership, and keep operations, residents, leasing, compliance, and the onsite team moving forward.
This isn't a position for someone who watches the clock. The ideal Property Manager is sharp, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced Brooklyn environment. You'll be managing a large-scale asset with a demanding resident population and will need to be visible, responsive, and willing to stay engaged until the work is done.
The property serves a primarily Russian-speaking resident population, making cultural awareness and Russian language skills a meaningful differentiator.
If you're an experienced Brooklyn Property Manager who knows NYC multifamily inside and out, understands 421a and NYC compliance, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is an opportunity to make an immediate impact at a significant 500-unit asset.
This is not a 9-to-5 property. It's a busy community that needs a Property Manager who is willing to roll up their sleeves, lead from the front, and stay engaged until the job is done.
This is an on-site position located in Brooklyn, NY.
