Job summary

Fitch Irick Corporation is seeking a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties in the Rural Development program. You will manage rent collections, applications, move-ins/outs, inspections, and staff coordination to meet program goals and compliance.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in housing/administrative roles, a High School Diploma (Associate’s preferred), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of housing, administrative, or related business experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as required by site operations.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing rules and regulations and compliance expectations.
• Willingness to train staff and ensure program policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Handle rent collections and documentation for assigned properties with accuracy.
• Process and screen prospective resident applications; conduct move-ins/outs.
• Ensure compliance with program rules and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties and coordinate maintenance requests.
• Train staff and maintain equipment/materials for staff use as needed.
• Communicate with leadership, housing authorities, and outside clients as required.
• Schedule and manage projects; monitor expenses to optimize efficiency.
• Travel to properties as needed to support operations.

Fitch Irick is knowledgeable in the complexity of regulations with Rural Development, HUD, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Programs.
