Job summary

Metes & Bounds is seeking a part-time property manager in New Ulm, Minnesota to oversee the Linderhof residential property, maximize asset value, tenant satisfaction and revenue.

You will manage all aspects of properties, handle Section 8 certifications, market vacancies, collect receivables, supervise staff, and report on financial performance. In-person role with a 30-hour week, occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as property manager
• Understanding of property management and its financial aspects
• Knowledge of rules and regulations governing property management
• Proficiency in MS Office and Yardi
• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Well organized with time management skills

Location: New Ulm, Minnesota, in-person

Pay: $24 - $26 per hour

Schedule: Part-time Monday - Friday, 30 hours per week, in addition possible evenings and weekends depending upon occupancy and move in and move outs

We are looking for a property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of the Linderhof residential property. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.
