Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Property Manager for Waterleaf at Foxbank in Moncks Corner, SC. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage revenue and expenses and lead the property staff to ensure a smooth-running community.

Qualifications

• 5 years of property management experience desired.
• Valid Driver’s license is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the property staff.
• Manage community revenue and expenses to ensure budget compliance.
• Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Industry software experience (YARDI, OnSite)

Ability to multitask

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus

South Carolina Property Management license preferred

Overview

Waterleaf at Foxbank is looking for a Property Manager with experience who can guide their team to ensure the community runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the property staff
• Manage the community’s revenue and expenses to ensure the budget and financial guidelines are met
• Maintain accurate resident records, post all rent, deposits, fees, and all A/P functions
• Follows all policies and procedures for compliance with staff and residents
• Complete building inspections and take appropriate action to ensure that the physical aspects of the property meet standards
• Follow up on service requests with the maintenance team and ensure resident's requests have been completed
• Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express their concerns and assist with resolution
• Perform required reporting and administrative tasks with close attention to detail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
