Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Property Manager with experience to guide their team and ensure the community runs smoothly.

You will oversee hiring, training and supervising staff, manage the property’s revenue and expenses, maintain resident records and payments, conduct inspections, coordinate with maintenance, and promote resident satisfaction through timely service and clear communication. This on-site position is based in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required and baseline tech skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience with property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the property staff.
• Manage revenue and expenses to meet budget and guidelines.
• Maintain resident records, post rent, deposits, fees, and A/P functions.
• Ensure compliance with policies for staff and residents.
• Perform building inspections and ensure property standards.
• Coordinate service requests with maintenance and close tickets.
• Promote resident satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Prepare required reporting and admin tasks with attention to detail.

Compensation: $85,000 + bonus

Overview

We are looking for a Property Managerwith experience who can take their experience and can guide their team to ensure the community is running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the property staff
• Manage the community’s revenue and expenses to ensure the budget and financial guidelines are met
• Maintain accurate resident records, posts all rent, deposits and fees and all A/P functions
• Follows all policies and procedures for compliance with staff and residents
• Complete building inspections and take appropriate action to ensure that the physical aspects of the property meet standards
• Follow up on service requests with maintenance team and ensure residents requests have been completed
• Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express their concerns and assist with resolution
• Perform required reporting and administrative tasks with a high attention to detail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s license is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Industry software experience (YARDi, OnSite, etc.)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
