Duties and Responsibilities
The Property Manager is responsible for all operational aspects of the community and for meeting company goals in those areas. Results are achieved by facilitating the optimum performance of the property in areas such as personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
The position reports to the Regional Manager and supervises all on site personnel in leasing and maintenance functions.
Adhere to standards of performance and quality expectations with a clear focus on resident experience and retention.
Lead and develop on‑site management team to adhere to and perfect policy, and be ready for growth within the organization.
Collaborate with Regional Manager in the planning and implementation of major capital improvement projects, operational projects, and personnel management and training.
