POAH Communities is seeking a Property Manager for Cutler Manor Apartments in Miami, FL. You will lead a dynamic team, ensure high-quality, affordable housing, and oversee leasing, maintenance, and resident services at a HUD-assisted property.

This 218-unit complex will be rebuilt in phases to provide 445 new units. The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and knowledge of federal housing regulations, with experience using Yardi and MS Office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Property Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team while ensuring our residents have a high-quality, affordable place to call home and access to programs that enhance their quality of life. Your work will directly impact individuals and families by maintaining the highest standards of property management while fostering inclusive communities. Cutler Manor is a 218-unit apartment complex located in the heart of Goulds, a historic neighborhood in southern Miami-Dade County, FL. This is a HUD-assisted (Section 8 subsidized) property constructed in 1971 which is now physically outdated and in need of replacement. Given the overwhelming demand for subsidized and affordable housing, all 218 apartments will be rebuilt across multiple phases containing 445 total new units of affordable, workforce and market-rate housing. The new apartments will be located on the original Cutler Manor site and a new affordable housing development called Meridian Point at Goulds Station which opened in 2024.
