This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role based in Maumee, OH. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations of multifamily properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, move-ins and move-outs, and conflict resolution. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and repairs, conducting regular property inspections, and ensuring safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal. The role will manage rent collection, enforce lease terms, assist with budgeting, and monitor operating expenses to support asset performance. The Property Manager will also collaborate with ownership and asset management on reporting, occupancy goals, and resident experience initiatives, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Ability to work on-site in Maumee/Toledo, OH, including occasional evenings or weekends as property needs require.
Knowledge of fair housing laws and local housing regulations; experience in multifamily real estate is strongly preferred.
