Highmark Residential is seeking a Property Manager for Madelyn Oaks in Jacksonville, FL. The role requires leading the on-site team to efficiently run the apartment community, ensuring smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction.

You will supervise staff, oversee reporting, and drive resident retention and leasing performance, while managing budgets and ensuring compliance with company policies.
