Job summary

Winterwood, Inc. is seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our residential property in Indiana. You will lead leasing efforts, market units, and provide exceptional support to residents.

The role requires strong computer skills and excellent communication. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with a full-time 40-hour week and a compensation of $24.00 per hour. Benefits include a sign-on bonus, 401(k) with match, health plans, and paid time off.

• Monitor and forecast upcoming move-outs to maintain optimal occupancy rates.
• Conduct thorough applicant screenings to assess eligibility.
• Showcase available units to prospective residents with professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, Rural Development, Tax Credit, Public Housing, and Conventional Housing standards.
• Complete all necessary leasing paperwork while adhering to compliance guidelines.

Strong computer proficiency and excellent communication skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Position Details:

• Compensation:$24.00 per hour
