Job summary

Revalorize Talent is recruiting a Property Manager for a 150-unit portfolio of single-family and build-to-rent homes in Lakeland, FL. You will focus on asset and owner relations while a dedicated team handles applications, renewals, and maintenance coordination.

You will manage owner communications, occupancy, tenancy, renewals, inspections, and maintenance turns, with regular travel to properties and a company vehicle provided. On-site five days a week.

• Negotiate renewals and increases; perform market analysis and tenant communications.

Property Manager – Single-Family / Build-to-Rent

Revalorize Talent has been retained by a well-established third-party property management firm to hire a Property Manager for a 150-unit single-family and build-to-rent portfolio in Lakeland, FL. In this role your top priority is the asset and the owner and you'll have a dedicated team handling application processing, lease renewals, and maintenance coordination so you can stay focused there.

What you'll own

• Owner relationships: onboarding new owners and accounts, quarterly written updates, responsive support, conflict resolution, and offboarding
• Occupancy: listing and vacancy management, market research and rent pricing, showings, applications, and a smooth move-in experience
• Tenancy and collections: delinquencies, non-payment notices, legal/eviction processes, owner collections, outside collections and credit reporting
• Renewals: negotiating renewals and increases, market analysis, tenant communication, document management
• Inspections: mid-lease, move-out, safety and compliance, and QC before and after maintenance work — plus reporting findings to owners
• Maintenance and turns: work orders with your APM and maintenance coordinator, owner contributions above the NTE limit, capital expenditure items, scopes of work, turnover budgets, rent-ready sign-off, and security deposit final accounting
• Leadership: weekly APM meetings, quarterly team evaluations, mentorship, and championing company culture

Compensation and benefits

• $60,000–$75,000 base, depending on experience
• Quarterly KPI-based commission plus performance bonus up to $3,000 per quarter
