Job summary

Newbury Living seeks a dedicated apartment manager to market and lease apartments, ensuring high occupancy and professional resident relations. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of apartment management experience and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment management experience preferred.
• HUD and LIHTC property management experience preferred.
• Valid Iowa driver’s license and vehicle insurance required.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

• Market and lease apartments to maintain high occupancy.
• Execute certification of income and assets for residents.
• Collect and process rent and security deposit payments.
• Adhere to fair housing laws and Newbury Living procedures.
