Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. in Newport, North Carolina, is seeking a Resort Manager to deliver exceptional guest service and drive financial performance across our resort communities.

The role requires 5+ years in property management, strong operations, marketing activity, budgeting, and people leadership. You will hire and manage staff, maintain facilities, partner with marketing, and strive to maximize profitability while ensuring a welcoming, well-maintained property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience, preferably in an RV or manufactured home community setting.
• Strong operations skills and understanding of the complexities of this position.
• At least one year of customer service experience with excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications.

What you’ll do:
