Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Resort Manager/Property Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure high occupancy and guest satisfaction at a Freeport property.

You will manage budgets, collaborate with marketing to attract residents, show homes, and uphold safety and service standards. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience; multi-family and/or manufactured home experience preferred.
• Strong operational, collaborative and leadership skills.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications, specifically financial systems.
• Experience in marketing and/or sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

Resort Manager

What you’ll do:

The Resort Manager maintains property operations, attracts and serves residents and ensure we meet our financial goals.

Experience & skills you need:

• Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ yearsof property management experience; experience in a multi-family and/or manufactured home setting is preferred.
• Strong operational, collaborative and leadership skills.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications, specifically financial systems.
• Experience in marketing and/or sales preferred.
• Understanding of the operating complexities and the daily tasks associated with the position.Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
