Job summary

FRED is seeking a Property Manager for The Manchester Oaks Apartments. You will lead a resident-focused team, coordinate leasing, maintenance, and move-ins/outs, ensure compliance, and help drive occupancy targets. A strong emphasis on service and financial stewardship underpins daily operations.

You will collaborate with maintenance, leasing, and regional leadership to deliver value to residents while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Property Management.
• Experience with property management software preferred.
• Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies.
• Reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews, assist in hiring, onboard new hires and integrate them into the team.
• Motivate and engage the team, maintaining a positive work environment.
• Address resident, prospect, and vendor issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with onsite maintenance for facility upkeep and turn schedules.
• Oversee lease processes including showings, applications, screening, and preparation.
• Supervise move-ins/outs, inspections, and turnover of units.
• Monitor delinquencies and manage evictions per regulations.
• Assist Regional Property Manager with annual budgeting and variance reviews.

We have more than 35 communities across Wisconsin and Illinois, with numerous upcoming projects, providing lots of opportunity for you to grow your career with us.Key Responsibilities:Conduct interviews, assist in hiring process, coordinate onboarding activities, and ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the team.Motivate and engage your team, fostering their continuous growth and development by modeling a positive and vibrant work environment.Address resident, prospect, and vendor issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner to uphold a highly sought after community.Keep a well-maintained property by coordinating with the onsite maintenance team on all aspects of facility maintenance.Oversee and support the lease process including showings, application assistance, screening, and lease preparation with accuracy, ensuring new resident satisfaction and meeting target occupancy levels.Coordinate all aspects of move ins and move outs including inspections and managing turn schedule, to deliver an outstanding unit to our newest FRED residents.Oversee delinquencies and manage the eviction process when necessary, following all relevant regulations to maintain financial balance of the property.Assist the Regional Property Manager in creating the annual budget, providing insights and recommendations based on annual financial data.
