Richman Property Services, Inc. seeks a full-time Property Manager to lead the lease up of The Laurent, a new 192-unit Workforce community in Lake Worth Beach, FL. Build your team and shape the resident experience from day one.

Responsibilities include leasing, budgeting, staff supervision, market analysis, and ensuring Fair Housing compliance while achieving occupancy and financial goals.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of property management experience with affordable or Workforce multi-family communities.
• LIHTC experience required
• Previous lease up and/or Workforce housing experience preferred
• Yardi experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Lead the new community through lease up to achieve occupancy and financial goals.
• Oversee leasing, accounting, maintenance, and resident relations
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise on-site staff
• Manage budgets and expenditures
• Perform market analysis and recommend competitive pricing
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, and federal and state regulations
• Coordinate resident services, activities, and community improvements

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Property Manager with a proactive mindset to lead the lease up of The Laurent, our brand-new Workforce community! This is a unique opportunity to open a new community from the ground up, build your own team, and shape the resident experience from day one.

The Laurent, a new 192-unit Workforce community at 2431 2nd Avenue North, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33461

Key Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of property management experience with affordable or Workforce multi-family communities
• LIHTC experience required
• Previous lease up and/or Workforce housing experience preferred
• Yardi experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
• CAM or Registered Apartment Manager certification preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
