Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Property Manager for The Laurent in Lake Worth Beach, FL. You will lead the lease-up, oversee leasing, accounting, and resident relations, and build a capable on-site team to achieve occupancy and financial goals.

The role requires 3–5 years in affordable or Workforce housing, LIHTC experience, and strong leadership. Proficiency in MS Office and Yardi is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience; Property Management coursework preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of property management experience with affordable or Workforce multi-family communities; LIHTC experience required.
• Prior supervisory experience managing mid to large-size communities; strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• CAM or Registered Apartment Manager certification preferred; Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the new community through lease up to achieve occupancy and financial goals.
• Oversee leasing, accounting, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise on-site staff.
• Manage budgets and expenditures.
• Perform market analysis and recommend competitive pricing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, and federal and state regulations.
• Coordinate resident services, activities, and community improvements.

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Property Manager with a proactive mindset to lead the lease up of The Laurent, our brand-new Workforce community! This is a unique opportunity to open a new community from the ground up, build your own team, and shape the resident experience from day one.

• Position: Property Manager
• Location: The Laurent, a new 192-unit Workforce community at 2431 2nd Avenue North, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33461

Key Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of property management experience with affordable or Workforce multi-family communities
• LIHTC experience required
• Previous lease up and/or Workforce housing experience preferred
• Yardi experience preferred
