Healthcare Realty Trust seeks an experienced Property Manager for a portfolio of medical office buildings in the Dallas market. You will oversee day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and financial oversight to ensure optimal performance of the portfolio.

The role requires a four-year degree and strong communication, organization, and analytical skills. Medical office experience and CPM/RPA designation are a plus. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

• Five years+ onsite property management experience, preferably for medical office buildings.

• MS Office suite proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).
• Four-year college degree; CPM or RPA designation a plus.
• Experience supervising staff preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact with tenants and manage daily property operations.
• Conduct periodic property inspections and recommend maintenance or reconditioning.
• Handle routine property accounting tasks (AP, AR) and develop operating/capital forecasts.
• Support tenant orientation and coordinate tenant-related activities.
• Collaborate with tenants, maintenance staff, and vendors to ensure work orders are completed.
• Provide timely, courteous service and work independently.
• Assist in leasing discussions and provide recommendations as needed.
• Solicit bids for tenant improvements and capital projects; monitor progress.
• Attend construction meetings and monitor progress of active projects.

Job Duties

• Acts as primary contact with tenants; directly involved with all aspects of property operations and daily administrative tasks.
• Perform periodic regular property inspections. Recommends alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as necessary. Contracts for vendor selection and oversight.
• Perform routine property accounting functions such as AP processing and AR reporting. Development of bi-annual forecasts for operating and capital expenses and review of annual Operating Expense Recoveries and Operating Expense Reconciliations.
• Support new tenant orientation programs and coordinates tenant-related activities.
• Work with tenants, building maintenance staff and vendors to ensure work orders are complete.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Must be able to work independently.
• Participate in leasing discussions and provide recommendations where applicable.
• Solicit bids for tenant and capital improvement projects, ensure projects are completed on time.
• Monitor construction progress and attend construction meetings as necessary.
