The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and able to lead both office and maintenance teams while maintaining strong occupancy, resident satisfaction, and operational performance. This property will have layered funding of LIHTC, PBV & HOME-ARP. Knowledge of these programs is preferred.
