Job summary

Housing Visions is seeking a Property Manager for our Utica, NY office. This full-time, benefit-eligible role oversees marketing, leasing units and collecting rents while ensuring tenant satisfaction and regulatory compliance. The position requires coordinating with tenants and maintaining accurate records at 1229 Kemble St., Utica.

Salary ranges from $24.00 to $26.00 per hour. Work hours are Monday–Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30 pm and Friday 7:00 am-11:00 am.

This Property Manager position is a full-time, benefit-eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, Friday 7:00 am-11:00 am at our Utica office located at 1229 Kemble St. Pay range is $24-$26/hr.
