Housing Visions Unlimited Inc in Utica, NY is seeking a Leasing Agent to support the Property Manager with clerical duties, rent collection, leasing, answering phones, opening mail, filing, supply ordering, and special projects. This full-time role is based at our Utica office, aligns with a 7:00 am–4:30 pm Monday–Thursday schedule and a 7:00 am–11:00 am Friday, with a 40-hour work week.

Responsibilities

• Lease units and manage rent collection and accounts receivable.
• Answer phones, open mail, filing, supply orders and support the Property Manager.

This is a full-time benefit-eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30 pm Friday 7:00am-11:00 am, located at our Utica office, 1229 Kemble St. Pay Range is $18-$20/hour.

Day-to-day clerical functions in support of the Property Manager, including, but not limited to, rent collection/accounts receivable, leasing, answering phones, opening mail, filing, supply ordering, and special projects. Monitor quality service, marketing, and resident relations while maintaining the company investment and meeting company goals.
