Job summary

CYM Living is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the operational success of our residential properties. You will lead and develop a team, focus on resident and customer satisfaction, and demonstrate strong leadership in a challenging environment.

You will own a geographic area, conduct showings, coordinate leases, handle maintenance, collect rents, and ensure properties stay in excellent condition.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management or related field preferred (shortlisting/re- leasing, rents).
• Strong knowledge of real estate administrative processes and relevant laws.
• Excellent negotiation skills to upsell property features.
• Exceptional customer service with focus on tenant satisfaction.
• Proficient in property maintenance coordination and vendor management.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication for tenant interactions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; able to use mobile communication tools.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule to show units.
• Access to reliable automobile is REQUIRED for travel between properties.
• Exceptional leadership and team development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own a geographic area of buildings within a specific area.
• Conduct property showings and assist in leasing, including negotiating terms.
• Follow up on maintenance/repair requests and keep properties in excellent condition.
• Address resident complaints and ensure ongoing resident satisfaction.
• Collect monthly rents and administer collection procedures when needed.
• Perform regular property drive/walk through at various times.
• Develop relationships with tenants to foster community engagement.
• Navigate and use Appfolio software environment effectively.
• Assist with projects and additional duties as requested.

Responsibilities

• Own a geographic area of buildings within specific geographic area
• Conduct property showings and assist in the leasing process, including negotiating lease terms and upselling property features.
• Follow-up on maintenance / repair requests and ensure properties stays in excellent condition
• Address resident complaint phone calls and follow-up, ensuring continuing resident satisfaction
• Collect monthly rents and administer collection procedures when needed
• Perform routine drive/walk by of properties at various times throughout the day/night
• Develop positive relationships with tenants to foster community engagement and satisfaction.
• Navigate, update, and work effectively in Appfolio software environment;
• Any projects or additional duties as requested.
• Most have own reliable automobile to transport between buildings.
