Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in commercial property management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial leases, budgeting, and building operations.
• Experience with Class A or Class B buildings.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing service requests and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Manage building systems, inspections, and routine maintenance with service providers and contractors.

• Maintain property documentation including leases, certificates of insurance, and vendor contracts.

Pay Range: $110,000- $135,000 based on experience
