Qualifications

Position

Campus Property Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of a portfolio of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. This includes ensuring high occupancy rates, managing tenant relations, maintaining the properties, and overseeing financial performance. The Property Manager will work closely with the maintenance team, leasing agents, and other staff to deliver exceptional service to tenants and property owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants
• Address and resolve tenant complaints and issues promptly
• Coordinate and oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements and property rules

Property Maintenance

• Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and repairs
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and compliance
• Manage relationships with contractors and vendors

Leasing and Marketing

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new tenants
• Oversee the leasing process, including showing properties, screening applicants, and negotiating lease terms
• Ensure high occupancy rates and minimize vacancy periods
• Prepare and manage annual budgets for each property
• Monitor and control operating expenses
• Collect rent and other fees from tenants
• Prepare financial reports and statements for property owners

Legal Compliance

• Ensure properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations
• Handle legal matters related to property management, including evictions and lease enforcement
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices

Team Management

• Supervise and provide leadership to property staff, including leasing agents and maintenance personnel
• Conduct performance reviews and provide training and development
• Foster a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management or a related field

Certifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay range for this role is $104,000 per year. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire, based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and market/location. Our comprehensive benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA), gym discount, mental health, discounted group life & AD&D, discounted group short & long-term disability, 401(k) retirement matching, PTO/paid holidays, and parental leave. Final compensation will be determined by job-related factors consistent with applicable law.
