Job summary

Seldin Company in Montana is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to serve as a strategic partner to VPs in property management. This role acts as a liaison across property staff, Regionals, VPs, and department teams to streamline collaboration and ensure operations meet company standards and portfolio goals.

Applicants should have LIHTC/HUD experience, the ability to travel up to 80% of the time, and at least five years in property management.

Qualifications

Experience with LIHTC and HUD.
Ability to travel to designated portfolio up to 80% of the time.
Five or more years of related experience in property management.
An associate degree or equivalent experience.
Self motivated and self directed to work with or without supervision.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic partner to VPs in property management and liaise between property staff, Regionals, VPs, and department staff.
Ensure operations of the properties in their oversight comply with Seldin Company standards and property-specific goals.
Use management and leadership skills to train, motivate and empower associates to reach their goals and those of the properties.
Travel will depend on portfolio location or changes to the portfolio.
