Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management, real estate, operations management, or another leadership position.
• Experience managing customer relationships.
• Experience coordinating vendors and maintenance projects.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• An active Alabama Real Estate License is preferred. If you do not currently hold an Alabama Real Estate License, you must be willing to obtain one within an agreed-upon timeframe as a condition of continued employment.
• We will discuss and establish this timeline during the hiring process.
• Compensation: $38,000+ per year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the property management division.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the company's property management portfolio.
• Build and maintain exceptional relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and investors.
• Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance, safety, and quality issues.
• Ensure properties consistently meet the company's high standards.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs while following projects through completion.
• Handle difficult conversations professionally while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is complete and organized.
• Prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Represent the company professionally in court when necessary for eviction and property-related proceedings.
• Continuously improve systems, efficiency, and team performance.
• Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude.
