Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Property Management Associate in South Florida to coordinate strategic operational and financial activities for a premier asset. You will act as the operational engine, aligning financial reporting, contract governance, and site procedures with the CBRE Golden Standard and ownership goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent) with 3-5 years of commercial property management or real estate finance experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of real estate accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to interpret complex financial content succinctly for executive audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on accuracy and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Partner with the Sr. PM to identify and implement Elevate service delivery enhancements for high-profile tenants.
• Financial Stewardship: Lead advanced monthly forecasting and ownership reports, presenting data-driven insights to management.
• Strategic Accounting Oversight: Oversee full-cycle AP/AR, vendor invoices, tenant billings, and complex expense reconciliations.
• Contract Governance: Maintain contracts database, ensuring accuracy and supporting new agreements.
• Systems & Data Integrity: Lead data integrity across Yardi/MRI, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
• Compliance Leadership: Ensure asset complies with policy, real estate law, and regional guidelines; participate in internal audit.
• Training & Onboarding: Train team on governance and CBRE's Golden Standard of service.
• Transition Support: Assist transition team with onboarding and asset transitions.
• Problem Solving: Analyze complex operational data to resolve site-level challenges.
