This role at D.R. Horton - Multifamily involves engaging with prospective and current residents, managing the application process, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the resident lifecycle. The position requires a customer-focused individual with strong interpersonal and sales skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Interacting with residents and prospects to promote the community
• Managing applications and lease renewals
• Providing timely responses to resident inquiries and concerns
• Assisting with marketing activities and community events
• Completing administrative and financial reports
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and internet marketing tools

Preferred: Experience in sales, leasing, retail, or customer service.
